Recently i had called up Airtel Customer care service for enquiring about My Balance reduction. I got a recorded voice saying , “For calling customer care attended by a real person , they will charge Rs0.50/3 mins” , I enquired about my balance reduction and also asked the person about the customer care price Tariff , he said that Government of India has made it mandatory to do so and is in-effect from 6th June.In future, if you have an idea of calling customer care , pls note this .

This post is a review about a Netchunks, web magazine . Netchunks is one of the Technology blog i visit daily, in addition to Techcrunch and Mashable, I learn many things from Shiva’s blog not just Techno stuff. I like his writing skill and collection of infographics that he post. A month ago, i wrote a post about Google DNS , but from Today onward i am going to stop using it. Because of Privacy concern. I always worried about Privacy concern, even i don’t search in google while i am signed in gmail account. Google stores all these information for serving the users better( who knows ? ) and similarly is with Google DNS. They can check what all website visited from particular IP and can associate the gmail account with it.  According to the Google DNS Privacy , it stores two form of information ,Temporarily and Permanent data .
